Data Subject Access Request (DSAR)

Use this page to exercise your privacy rights. We respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days when necessary). We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request. Authorized agents must attach signed authorization.

1. How to submit while the portal is offline

The in-app request form is unavailable during the current maintenance window. Email your request to privacy@mettaprotocol.app with the subject line "DSAR".

2. Request types

• Access my data
• Delete my data
• Correct my data
• Portability (export)
• Opt out of sale / sharing
• Limit use of sensitive personal information
• Other privacy request

3. What to include

• Your full name.
• The email address associated with your account.
• Your jurisdiction (state / country).
• Whether you are submitting as an authorized agent, and if so, the name of the person you represent plus signed authorization.
• A clear description of the request.
