DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

Metta Protocol Foundation complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512). We remove infringing content upon receipt of a valid notice and terminate repeat infringers.

1. Notice requirements (§512(c)(3))

Send a written notice containing:

• Signature (physical or electronic) of the rights holder or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material.
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
• A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, submit a counter-notice under §512(g) to the address above.

4. Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

5. Misrepresentation

Under §512(f), knowingly false notices or counter-notices may result in liability for damages.
