Metta Protocol Foundation has zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking, bribery, and corruption in our operations, our workforce, and our supply chain.

Modern slavery

• We do not use forced, bonded, or child labor.
• Vendors are expected to meet the standards of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act, and equivalent laws.
• We investigate credible reports and terminate non-compliant vendors.

Anti-bribery & corruption

• We comply with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the UK Bribery Act 2010, and equivalent laws.
• Employees and contractors may not offer, give, request, or receive bribes, kickbacks, or improper benefits.
• Facilitation payments are prohibited.
• Gifts and hospitality must be modest, transparent, and lawful.
