1. What to report
- Market manipulation, insider trading, or front-running.
- Undisclosed paid promotion of $MEPR or launchpad tokens.
- Fraud, embezzlement, or misuse of Foundation funds.
- Bribery or corruption.
- Data-security incidents or privacy violations.
- Discrimination, harassment, or workplace safety issues.
- Any violation of law or of MEPR policies.
2. How to report

- Anonymous submission — use a burner email; do not include identifying details you do not want us to see.
3. Non-retaliation
MEPR prohibits retaliation of any kind against a person who submits a good-faith report or participates in an investigation. Retaliation is itself a policy violation subject to termination, clawback, and referral to authorities.
4. Confidentiality
We treat reports as confidential and share them only on a need-to-know basis with those investigating, unless disclosure is required by law or by a lawful order.
5. External regulators
Nothing on this page limits your right to report directly to regulators, including the U.S. SEC (sec.gov/whistleblower), the U.S. CFTC, the U.S. FTC, FinCEN, or your national regulator, or to take other protected whistleblower action.
