Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital assets and token purchases

All purchases of cryptocurrency tokens (including MEPR / METTA), allocation registrations, and on-chain staking commitments are final and non-refundable. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible on the underlying blockchain. By purchasing, you acknowledge the risks disclosed in our Risk Disclosure and Crypto Disclosures.

2. Physical goods and merchandise

Physical merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, for a refund less shipping. Contact support@mettaprotocol.app.

3. Subscriptions & auto-renewal (California SB-313 & equivalents)

Any recurring subscription plan will state its renewal cadence, price, and cancellation instructions before purchase. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period unless required by law. California residents may cancel in the same manner used to sign up.

4. Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension and legal action to recover funds and costs.

5. Errors

If we charge you in error, contact billing@mettaprotocol.app within 30 days for review.
